Antique Musical Instruments/York Cornet

Question
I have a York Cornet that was not new when my grandfather bought it for my dad somewhere about 1920. It was silver plate but was refinished in dull silver for me when I was 10 in 1947. It still plays. The Valves have the springs enclosed. It probably needs the spit vavles recorked. What may be the value?

Answer
Hi,

Thank you for using allexperts.

In our current economic and musical climate, we estimate the value of your piano to be at around $300. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
