Question

Ivers & Pond upright
I am curious to find out the age and value of my Ivers & Pond upright piano. I have not been able to find a serial number, but there are several patent dates in the 1880s - pin, cushion, etc. I found what appeared to be an identical one online that was dated 1893. Thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi,

Thank you for using allexperts.

Ivers and Pond is a good brand piano. To find the age I would need the serial number. To find the serial number on your piano, please refer to the useful guide we have on our website - http://www.lindebladpiano.com/piano_info/piano_Serial_Number.html

In our current economic and musical climate, we estimate the value of your piano to be at around $500-800. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
