QUESTION: Good morning mister Glenn
)
I am from Innsbruck. An older lady asked me to sell her violine.
The problem is, that i am a person who knows anything about violines.
The violine is made by Laberte Humbert Freres and nearly a hundred years old.
I made a few photos which i will send with.
I just wanted to know if this instrument is a better one or one for learning. where should i go to, to sell it?

I got one of the label but i think it shows to less.
There is nothing more to read on it.
No number no model.

Here's the good:
From what I can tell this is one of the earliest models, made when the Labert-Humbert Freres firm started.
They manufactured high quality violins, and I am sure it is worth a lot.
The Bad:
I honestly don't feel comfortable giving you an estimate because I know this high quality and requires a real violin expert.
