this mandolin was given to my grandmother sometime in the late fortys for rent its been in a  case has been kept in its full leather case that has lovely tooling on the top of case  with the name tooled in for a margret mulligaw from st paul it is in like new shap with all strings no sign of ware i would love to find the value as well as locate margaret mulligaw any help from you would be of great help  thank k.

We did, however, check eBay briefly and found a sold Osborn mandolin that MAY be similar to yours. Here is a link to the eBay listing - it sold for ~$100 - . As for contacting Margaret Mulligaw, we did a google search for that name and 'St. Paul, MN' and it tried to cross-reference us to a Margaret Mulligan instead for that area.
