Question
-------------------------
Dear Mr. Kenton
The last thing I wanted to accomplish was to offend anyone. I'm sorry that you are upset. I thought that I answered the survey to the best of my knowledge and experience with you and the website. Just because you don't know something about a product and a survey reflects it is not a negative response, unless you were rude, hateful or non responding and you weren't. I gave you 10's on everything else. I thought I was very truthful about my experience I had. You weren't knowledgeable about the Holton T 303 and thats the truth. Did you want me to lie???? I think you took this survey too personal and it wasn't meant to reflect who you are or what you are, it just reflected your knowledge about ONE!!! product. That's all....................
Sorry,
Fred

Question -
I have a T-303 Holton Trumpet and I can't find any info on the horn. The guy I bought it from said it was the first MF model made. I even called Holton/Leblanc and they didn't return my call. The girl said that in the late sixties the Holton Plant had a fire and a lot of the archives were burned. Well she gave me some guys extension and he never called me back. Can you help?
Fred
Answer -
I'm afraid I'm not going to be any help. I find 302 306 listed as MF horns.
You may want to post it on www.horn-u-copia.net and see if anyone knows anything about it.
Well, Mr. Fred West, I want to thank you for my first negative rating on Allexperts. I guess I should have been like the guy at Holton/Leblanc and not answered your question at all.
AnswerFred,
Thanks for the response. I now understand the process better. I hadn't gotten a low response before, and that is OK, I agree with the way you filled out the survey. My mis-understanding came from the way allexperts provided the feedback to me. Allexperts classified it as a negative response.
You are right, I did take it too personally. I apologize.
