I have a pre WWI Kalashen trumpet w/ case and was curious to it's ball park value. It's been in the family forever. Thanx Robt

Kalashen was a dealer and  possibly maker in New York from 1895-1930.  If you know it to be pre WWI then you can narrow that age range down somewhat.  You occassionally see Kalashen's on eBay, which is where I'd recommend you look to determine value.
