my valve is stuck and i can't pull it out
I assume that you are telling me this because you want to know what to do about it.
There are a number of things that the problem could be. And, while there may be some things that you could do to get it out and be ok, without knowing exactly what the problem is, there are at least as many things you might do that could further damage the valve.
I would say, take it to a competent repair service.
