Hi,

We have a Jacob Brothers upright piano, with a handwritten note on the inside, stating it was a Christmas gift in 1894.  It has not been tuned for years, and some of the hammers have broken.  The exterior saw hard use before it came to our family, but it has musical etchings on the front (violin, musical notes, etc)

What is the value?
