Question

Old safe
I would like to find out the manufacturer of the safe I own as well as how to reset the combo since it was forgotten by the neighbor who sold me the safe. I have many photos and can send them to whom ever may be able to help.Enclosed is one view. Thank you.

Send me the pictures you have of your safe.  I specifically would like detail photos of the dial, handle, hinges, castors, lock work, art work, cabinetry and any special details or damage.

Also, you failed to mention whether your safe is locked shut or open.  That does make a difference.

Once I see your photos I should be able to answer your questions.

Looking at the photo you have included, I can see the faint image of art work or stripping that may have been painted over.  Take a flash light and shine it at an angle over the face of the safe.  You may be able to see the shadows of the original art work or name of the safe manufacure.
