I checked my locks, I do have some yales that are similar, but not the same as yours. These locks don't have the pieces that you are missing.
Right now your alternatives are to keep looking for the parts or a similar lock, or to completely replace the lock.

Tom,
The mounting foot print is fairly standard, but there are a couple of different threaded dial spindles. The standard was 5/16"-40.
If the spindle thread is the same, you could use the same dial that you have, but install a new lock. The alignment of the lock and dial is critical to the operation of the lock, so I would recommend that a safe tech do the upgrade for you.
