Question
I have a mosler safe. the external deminsations are 33"wide X
47" High(from floor)X35" deep. The door has mosler safe & Lock Co, cincinnati, Ohio on it.  The dial has Mosler Safe & Lock co> inscribed on it.  The patens are:  Sept 7, 1800, Nnov 2, 18890, Mar. 4, 1884 & Aug 6, 1884.  I have lost the combination and need assistance in how to open the safe.

Answer
Stanley,

There are no records available that reference the original combinations.  I do have several original factory combo's but there is no guarantee that these will work.  I will need photo's of your safe to ascertain which combo's will possibly apply to your safe.  Also, there should be a serial number stamped in the handle on the safe.

Use a digital camera with a high resolution.  I will need full exterior and close ups of the dial, handle, hinges, castors and art work.  out of focus pictures don't help, and I may have to enlarge the photo's to see all of the detail that I need.

Send the photos to me at:  andy@securitysafeusa.com

Again, there are no guarantees.  Your other option would be to contact your local safe company to have their safe technician open the safe for you.  This will probably cost in around $350-$500 to have it opened and repaired.
