Mr Andreasan,
I have an old Barnes Safe & Lock, Pittsburgh, PA. I need some parts and or drawings or photos so I can make parts that are missing. Can you refer me to a source for antique parts?

Thomas Barnes was the founder and was listed as a safe maker in the 1840's. The company was originally the Burke & Barnes Safe Company of Pittsburgh, PA. Barnes left the company in the early 1870's continuing as the Barnes Safe & Lock Company. This Company lasted until the 1920's.
As the company as been out of business for around 90+ years, I doubt that you will find a source for parts. There are no companies that currently manufacture "after market replacement parts" for safes. Safe restoration is a very small industry, there are probably only a couple of individuals that restore safes, and they have the same problem that you do.
There are also no drawings of parts available. You will either have to take what ever broken parts that you have to a machinist to have replacements fabricated. Or draw up what ever it is that you need and have it made. Your other option would be to search for a similar safe, and use a like item to have a replacement fabricated.
