Antique Safes/Safe Values

Question

Diebold Safe
Hi Terry.
I have 3 safes that we are need to liquidate for a very sick friend and have no idea if their value.
One of the safes appears to be an antiquish Diebold safe, it stands 30" high x 23" deep and 20" wide.
The second is a Mosler safe, this is a little box that is 12" high by 12"wide by 13" deep, it looks old but I don't think that it could be considered an antique.
The last one appears to be a Worth safe, this is definatley not an antique. It stands 36" high by 24" deep and 22" wide. This one has no wheels.
We are looking to get an idea of what a fair value would be for these, hoping you can help. I have attached a picture of the Diebold safe, I have more pictures of it as well as pictures of the other 2 safes.
Thanks

Answer
Pete,

We never rate safes with out seeing the safe.  In order to rate or evaluate your safe I am going to need pictures of the safe.  Evaluation photos should consist of full exterior / interior views, and detail photos of the dial, handles, hinges & acorns, wheels or castors, locks and bolt work (you may need to open the back panel of the door to photograph), cabinetry, art work and any special details or damage.  Photos should be high resolution digital pics, to allow me to zoom in, to study in detail the safe you are requesting evaluation of.

send the photos to me at:  andy@securitysafeusa.com

you may need to send them to me in groups of 4-5 per email.
remind me of what you need in the email.
