I got mine a few years ago-haven't done much with it, I was fortunate and have combo. Did this have brass ornaments on hinges originally? Can keys be had for inner lock. Does anybody sell used drawers-I was going to make one but it will never look as old as the rest. Thanks Doug photos attached

Answer
Doug,

Generally the original Hinge finials (acorns) were a cast material, or a hollow sheet tin or brass, formed decoration.  These are obsolete, if you need some, you will have to have them made by a machinist.

I'm not sure what you mean by "can keys be had"?   If you are interested in obtaining pre-made keys to the drawers, I doubt you will find any.  If you are interested in having them made, then yes, any reputable locksmith shop should be able to hand make them for you.  If they can't they probably aren't much of a locksmith shop!

There are no aftermarket companies making parts for safes.  The market is too small.  Unless you find someone with a similar safe that is scrapping it, chances are you aren't going to find drawers or parts.

Rather than trying to make a drawer to match the existing ones, depending on its condition, I would consider replacing the entire cabinetry.  If it is done nicely, it WILL enhance the value.

Hope this helps,
