QUESTION: it is one safe

Answer
It is probably originally out of a vault -not very high security but used for locking up coinage or similar.
Unusual to have two doors to 2 seperate cavities on one safe - but think of it as two (heavy) lockers, possibly from a row of lockers.
I suspect that you will have to pay to have someone take it away unless you can cut it up, get it out and sell it for scrap. Sorry.
