Question
Good morning to you Tom.

My partner has a Kannreuther Birmingham safe measuring 45 cms W x 40 cms depth. Is this worth anything? It is pretty battered.

Answer
Hi Winifrud
That is quite a small safe unless you are measuring the internal dimensions.
They were a wholesalers who would have just screwed their plaque on a low quality safe originating from any one of hundreds of small scale fire resistant safe manufacturers from that area.
It may have been a size that could be taken on a liner, but neither the safe nor plaque have great value
