Anxiety Disorders/Does my friend have aspergers?

Question
My friend is in his late 20s who has no college degree but holds a full time job. He never cleans his apartment, there is rotting food in the refrigerator, garbage all over the place and empty beer cans everywhere. There are flies in the apartment and it smells really bad. He hardly bathes and never brushes his teeth (I can tell because they're rotted and frequently break). Conversation is very difficult with him, as he either blows me off or changes the subject to something related to him or his interests. He also never washes his clothes, including his work clothes, and it surprises me that he still has a job the way he carries himself. Does he have aspergers?

Answer
Hi Mark,

This is difficult to say. There may come a point where is he is breaching one of the health regulations, by which time he could be assess by a doctor.
