hi im Joanna I'm 16 and lately i have been having what i think is panic attacks i my breath gets shallow and im terrified but i don't know what of. i also feel week and like im going to die. but after i have it i know i wouldn't die. if that makes seances? but i have had anxiety before but not this anxiety. what could have triggered this? and are they anxiety attacks?

Most anxiety attacks are not cause by environmental triggers but from an illness within.
