Anxiety Disorders/Anxiety?

Question
Hi! I'm 19 years old, female.
For the last 3 or 4 weeks, I have been suffering from muscle tension, mild headaches, mild chest pains, nausea, troubled sleep, changes in appetite and weight loss. Since I've suffered from anxiety in the past, although mostly in the form of panic attacks and hyperventilation, I wondered if this might be the cause. Is this something I should deal with by myself or should I seek professional help?
Thank you for your help,
Lauren.

Answer
Hi Lauren,

Since you have been suffering from anxiety attacks in the past, I suggest you start dealing with this by nutritional means. Most people suffering from anxiety attacks suffer from hypoglycemia.

Please look up at our web site below:

What is Hypoglycemia?

Beating Anxiety and Phobias.

The Hypoglycemic Diet.

If this does not help within 3 weeks, i suggest that you see a doctor, preferably a Nutritional Doctor.
