ANSWER: Hi jake, This seems to be social anxiety or more generally suffering from  irrational anxiety. It could be possible that you are hypoglycemic (http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/2011/what-is-hypoglycemia/). his causes the excess secretion of stress hormones. This can be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet (http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/2011/the-hypoglycemic-diet/).  Please read:

QUESTION: so i can fix this without going to the doctors? my family just calls me weird because they don't believe me. what advice can you give me to eat at school or just around the house?

Answer
They may call you weird because they do not understand why you have anxiety. They probably believe, like so many other people, that it is "all in the mind" and not in the body.
Hypoglycemia is a major factor in the development of mood disorders, such as anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and your eating problems. It is not generally recognized by conventional doctors or the public. But let your parents read the above article about Beating Anxiety.
You can help yourself DESPITE YOUR PARENTS by staying away from refined carbohydrates (sugars) and you can then take them out for a dinner somewhere else.

Get hold of a nutritional doctor, and they can explain  to your parents.
