Question
Hi my name is laura, I suffer from nervous anxiety. My reaction to my
nervous anxiety is going to the bathroom. Its not much like diahrea,
everytime i have to go out somewhere and drive with some one on the side
it happens. The thing is that not always happends. Thats what I dont
understand. For example I could travel with my cousins, but theres always
the fear but I dont get axtious , when it comes to my mom or dad or my
uncle I get really nervous and axtious to go to the bathroom. I dont
have accidents(pooing on my pants)that never happends, its just the
feeling that I get every time I have to travel somewhere. Can you please
help me?

Hello laura,

This kind of nervousness may be due to excess production of adrenaline, which is a hormone that activates the Sympathetic Nervous System.

The problem might be due to hypoglycemia that can cause anxiety as one of the many symptoms.  Going on a hypoglycemic diet should help you.
