What is the time limit for eating hardboiled eggs? Does it make a difference if they are made into an egg salad or deviled eggs?
Dear Theresa,
Hard boiled eggs can be kept refridgerated for about 7 days. They can be left in the shell or peeled and stored in acidulated water (lemon juice or vinegar)If you make egg salad or deviled eggs I would suggest keeping them in a well sealed container, refridgerated and should be eaten within 4 days.
