Question
I am making minature quiche for a charity tea.
Can I make them now and freeze them.  If so..should they be baked or unbaked when freezing.
And cooking times.  I know you can buy them frozen but I really don't want to ruin them.  Problem..my first tea is this coming Mon.  If you have the time to answer I would greatly appreciate it.   Thanks

Answer
Hi Mary,

You can make and bake your mini quiche and then freeze them until needed. Defrost and then Re heat them in a 300 degree oven until heated thru about 10 minutes. YOu probably could freeze them raw and then bake them, since they are so small the crust should cook fine, but I have never tried it.

Good luck!
