Is there a meaning on wearning a bractlet/ring on diffrent hands? it gos from middle finger to wrist. Spread on the top of the hand

In Islam such things are of NO value, wearing a ring,bracelet or not, in right hand or in left hand can NOT bring life,death,disease,fortune or success to a person.
According to Islam every thing is in the hands of Allah, these material things rings,bracelets etc can not do anything.

35:40 Say: "Have ye seen (these) 'Partners' of yours whom ye call upon besides Allah. Show Me what it is they have created in the (wide) earth. Or have they a share in the heavens? Or have We given them a Book from which they (can derive) clear (evidence)?- Nay, the wrong-doers promise each other nothing but delusions.
