I am an asian american girl who met an Arabic guy at one of the clubs I usually go to and I am really into him. When we first started talking everything was great and I loved everything about him and his culture. I really like him and I want to be able to spend more time with him to get to know him a lot more. The problem is, when I call him sometimes, he doesn't pick up. When I leave him a voice message, he listens to it and doesn't call me back. When I text him he doesn't text me back. I don't know what's the deal. He tells me he is really into me, but it's a culture thing. I don't know whether or not this is true. Can you please help me out? I really like him and I don't want to misjudge him or anything. I just want to know where he is coming from. Thank you so much!

There can be some other problem with him. Although in Arab culture it is not seen good to talk with opposite sex but this is not the case with your friend because if someone can meet a girl he can talk to him on phone as well.
May be his parents don't like this but I don't se any valid reason for not attending call etc.
Try to ask him.......
