Question Asalam Walekum Mr. Ali: I am wondering, I am an American living in the United States. The marriage between my husband and I was not successful and I am trying to get my husband who is a Saudi and living in Saudia Arabia served with divorce papers. Do you know the proper way to get him served, American law maintains that we have to legally serve him with court documents even though these documents do not have to be followed according to Saudi law. Please help me with this, as I have been trying to divorce for the last 3 years without any success. Thank you.

But for starter I believe you should contact the US State Department and then they will send ur case to the American Embassy, Saudi Arabia. Again try the international law section.
