Question i need to know what you think about, the differences that arab cultures face in relation to boys and girls. how girls are very limited- when going out and having a free social life and parents being very over protective with there daughters... but being the opposite when it comes to there boys.
i hope u can help me
Answer The simple answer why parents are more protective towards their daughter and why the girls have limited social interactions is hidden in the psyche of both boys and girls.
The girls have submissive attitude towards the sex contrary to the boys have adventurous attitude towards sex. To understand this difference one doesn’t need to become scholar. I believe this conscious is prevailed in every human being who is not perverted or deviated from the true nature. It is the reason that the chances of a man to return towards norm of the society is much more than the woman.
Also the result of corruption of boys and girls is entirely different. When man corrupts there is a chance that woman will protects her children from the bad influences of his father through controlling their minds in early ages. While in case of woman’s corruption, the children loose this chance. they never come out with good character.(good character in Muslim society is entirely different from the good character of western societies. This is the point where you will be unable to understand until you understand the need of a good character
Plus in Arab & Indian cultures if a woman commits adultery then it is taken more seriously by the society as compare to if a man commits adultery (that is taken lightly) so this is also one of the reasons for parents being overprotective towards girls as compared to boys.
But keep in mind that THIS IS NOT ISLAMIC. In Islam there is EQUAL punishment for fornication or adultery for both male and female.
Keep in mind that there is difference between Islam and Arab culture.
