Assalam walaikum
i have one question
in islam we have any specific timing & place taking food for example
(i have taken sweet at 12:00 am on my flat open space )
can explain me is it correct

Wa salam
No there is NO such thing. But should keep in mind that food should only be taken at neat and clean places. You can't eat while sitting on some dirty place of in toilet. This is prohibited.
