QUESTION: Hello sir i am indian my question is when i was in 10th class at a certain night i saw my mom is slept then i pulled her saree(scirt) up and i saw her naked legs vagina.And also heard sex of my mom and dad. Since i feel guilty please suggest me punishment according islam

ANSWER: Wa salam bro
bro there is no formal punishment in Islam for this (like lashes or stoning etc). Plus Islamic punishments can only be given by and Islamic GOEVERNMENT. No individual person or organization has the right to do this.You can't give it to yourself.
It was a GREAT SIN that you committed so guilt is the first step towards washing away this sin. Now pray to Allah that he should forgive this sin that you committed.
Pray again and again after namaz especially in prostration. if still you don't get this problem solved then visit a psychiatrist. Try a psychiatrist that is more cooperative and helps you in managing your problem(s).
Try to remain busy plus try deep breating excercises also if you are in serious depression or stress.
If you are in stress then tell your psychiatrist. he will recommend you some stress relieving drug or especially drugs from avoiding other harmful affects of stress.
There is no harm in visiting a psychiatrist. I personally visit Psychiatrist for my problems. So don't feel shy in telling him your problem.

QUESTION: But what shall i do to wash out this sin? Can Allah forgive for this? When when i think about this then i get big pressure of stress

Dear
pray to Allah. He will forgive you. Visit Psychiatrist for stress. Tell him everything. Don't shy. He will give you the medicine for stress. The medicine for stress take a long time before they show their affect. So don't be impatient.
Pray to Allah. He will surely for give you.
