i have noticed that from all questions that most of arab men speaks sweet words but they do not meant it as in they are not so serious when they say that to a woman they have into a relationship most especially to non-muslim.  So my question is that is it natural to a arab man to be a sweet liar?

Sister this is not the case.Actually truth is that you can love only once in life. Second love can never be equal to first one. Arab men have so many wives so you can take this fact into account.
as for lies are concerned it is not the fault of Islam or Arab culture, every religion and culture has such people.
