"I am in a bit of dilemna. I follow Sunni Wahabi school of thought. I was in Dubai on a business trip while my father married the girl that I was interested. Now, he says that he can divorce her so I can marry her. Is it possible. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY. God bless you."

ANSWER: Assalam u Alikum Bro,
If your father has done INTERCOURSE with her then you can NOT marry her, even her divorce her. She is your step mother now. But if her has not done intercourse with her then I am not sure about the answer. I will answer you after asking from some Mufti. You can ask your self also.
But if hes done intercourse with her then you can NEVER marry her. Even if he divorces her.

QUESTION: I am not sure if I am following you right. My father is a male and she is a female. You are saying "her has not done intercourse with her" so that is making me confuse.

You are saying that I ask my father if he has intercoursed with her. If he has intercoursed, than I can not marry her, correct?

But if he has not intercoursed, than he can divorce her and I can marry her, correct?

As I said, I am a Wahabi Sunni Hanafi. We do not have any mufti here. I'd appreciate all the help that you can do to resolve this dilemna.

Do you think it will be appropriate for me to ask my dad if he has done intercourse with her? How can I verify that?

I feel like a loser and being cheated...

Please help.

ANSWER: I said if your father has done intercourse with her then you can't marry her. ok?

That may be a spelling mistake.

QUESTION: I am kinda shy asking my dad if he done any intercourse. I think he did because she says that missed her monthly period. How can she miss that. She thinks she loves me but married him due to other reasons. Father is ready to divorce her.

Can I convert into any other sect/religon to marry her? She has great personality. I love and like her.

I she is missing her monthly periods then she might be pregnant. Plez visit some doctor for appropriate tests.
But if he has done intercourse with her then you can't marry her.
But is BETTER to marry her after getting divorce from you father than converting to any other religion.
By marrying her you will be doing ZINA but by converting to any other religion you will become a KAFIR and will burn in the fire of hell forever.
Doing kufar is a GREATER sin than doing Zina.
But keep in mind that she is your MOTHER now if your father has done intercourse with her so please think it seriously that you are going to do this all with your mother.
Please tell me before deciding something.
