I was wondering, on a general basis, what kind of foods do Egyptian people eat in the United states, do they most often eat at Egyptian restaurants (how often), if so what kind of foods can I expect from an Egyptian restaurant in the U.S? Also, is there a particular meal that Egyptians favor over the other?

Dear I am a Pakistani and I don't know about Egyptian foods. I am answering questions here because I saw Christians here answering questions about Islam and they were spreading total misinformation.
