How can I tell if my male cousin who is rich and powerful is having sex with a prostitute.  He is 58 years old.  and Iman (definitely female) is 32.

When my male cousin and I met for dinner it was on Monday, December 14, 2009.  He told me that there is this girl Iman age 32 that he is not serious with but just has sex with twice a week. My cousin claims he met her at Howard University - which is an all black school.  My cousin and I are white.  Iman is Palestinian Muslim.  Howard University is in Washington, DC and we live in New York City.

He also told me when we were having dinner back in December 2009 that Christmas week he will be Israel so because of that he is sending Iman to Palestine to visit family and she can come back any time she wants.

He also told me that when he went to Israel in June of 2009 the friend he stayed with supplied him with two Russian Prostitutes which he utilized.

He also showed me a picture of Iman topless and a picture of him naked on a boat that Iman had taken.

He also told me Iman is definitely not his girlfriend.

Sister basically it depends on whether that girl thinks him as her boyfriend or not. If she thinks him as her boyfriend then she is not a prostitute at all. But if the case is otherwise then you can call her whatever you want. Plus keep in mind that she might be a poor girl and doing this all to meet her expanses.
But what u want to do with this answer???? I don't know.
If you want a better answer then please explain yourself in a better way.
