I am doing an MA in English Teaching and would like to know if the Arab culture is as used to filling in questionnaires as their western counterparts, especially in an academic context? If you know of any academic papers that discuss this please let me know.

I can see you are writing from the emirates not the west or something ?!

Anyways to answer your question , NO the Arab culture is not as used to filling in questionnaires as their western counterparts.

However, as you can see the youth are adopting technology , development and knowledge so things are changing drastically in this domain.

Unfortunately, I myself did not go to college or school in an Arab Country so I wouldn't be able to refer you to academic papers.
