resembles the first Arabian script you mentioned with slight changes.( the text between the first 2 pink dots)
in the arabian text it's the Arriver(s),(adjective in the plural form)  indeed it is  derived from "wusul" for it is "waseloon". people who arrive
like "went" ( zahaba)  becomes (zaheboon)
