I would like to know the exact meaning of Hamzad (هـمـزاد) and please explain how I can use this name. (ex. Hamzad Abdul Rahman)

from what seems to be true Hamzad is not an Arabian name,possibly indian.i'm not sure Alas this is out of my expertise.
and by a simple google search you get tons of NoN-Arabian Pages.

this time i can help... Arashad or i'd preferably spell it as Arshad (ارشد)
means "He who is the most rightly-guided" / "Reasonable"
using it in a sentence: this student is the most rightly guided among his peers
haza al tel-meez "arshad" ak-ra-ne-he
as for the name there isn't a right way for using names!.. you can insert it however you want.
