I have named my son Hamzad Ali



The origin of the name is Persian. It is composed of :

  'Ham-' meaning:

     we

     who shares something as in Ham-raaz



  '-Zad' meaning son or descendant



  so Hamzad means: Of the same origin or category, One sharing the same Nature/Characteristic etc.
