ANSWER: Fadela not a common name
it means ethical good woman
its masculine is Fadel = good ethical man, it is common between men.
I guess you mean another feminine common name : Fadeela = good ethics (i.e the noun) not the adjective.
about Ferit I guess you mean Fareed = unique in its character = unique or rare. (common masculine name).

Answer is Yes sure.

Fadeela means good ethics, but it is very common as a female name .... As in English you name a woman : Mercy but you do not name her Merciful, or you name a man Hope but you do not name him Hopeful.
