I would like to learn arabic language as they speak in egypt.Do you suggest any special books?

Let's tell you that I believe Arabic is a language with its special structures and grammars and I don't feel it is spoken in some other ways else at any points of the world; One who knows Arabic, can speak Arabic in all countries which Arabic is native there. Now to your question, I suggest you read following books.
1.  Arabic Verbs & Essentials of Grammar (by Wightwick & Gaafar)
2.  Elementary Modern Standard Arabic  (by McCarus & Abboud)
3.Mastering Arabic by poet (by Jane Wightwick and Mahmoud Ghafar)
4.  Access to Qur'anic Arabic (by Abdul Wahid Hamid)
Also, you can do a google search.
