It is a common affectionate nickname for girls
for example your girlfriend Samantha you call her my darling Soso.
But if you call a man or boy Soso it is an insult a big insult meaning that he is naiif or homosexual or childish.... Never never call a boy or man soso , but for girls it is lovely.
