Because Arabic is one of those languages which has lots of exceptions in its grammars, so you won't be able to learn Arabic as well as Arab people use it. The first, the last and the best way to learn speaking Arabic as well as what you expect, is to stay in a country which Arabic is spoken there (such as Egypt) for several years. You'd better learn a bit about Arabic alphabet and something like that.
You can also do a google search to find 7 books which are helping people learn speaking Arabic much easily.
