Question
i found out yesterday that i lost my case..but when i was n arbitration, the company that i work for had no evidence on anything,it was clearly that i won my case!after 1yaer half of waitn.i lost..an i dont understand.is there anything that i can do now to seek justice?

Answer
Thank you for your question!

As I always note to questioners, mediators act as neutral third parties to disputes and never "get involved" in judging the merits of conflict, but merely use special techniques to help the parties decide how to negotiate their own settlement.

I am not a lawyer and cannot give you legal advice and my initial recommendation is to seek some legal advice.  Usually your state's legal aid office or the Bar Association in your area will provide consultation access to lawyers for free.

In many cases if you are unhappy with the results of an arbitration you may still file a lawsuit.  Other particular venues and industries have their own particular rules and procedures so you may have other options.  Try to speak with someone knowledgeable about your specific circumstance.

These are some ideas.  This is the best I can do without engaging in your specific case.  Let me know if you have a specific question I can address.

GOOD LUCK!
