Question
Hi,

I searched the internet and yellow pages for a mediator, or mediation centre in Dhaka, Bangladesh. There were no results. I need a mediator or mediation centre to mediate my case.

How do I find one here?? Will law firms work??

Answer
Hello Rim:

A law firm might have a trained mediator on staff.  You must inquire with the particular firm.  I am based in the United States and do not know of mediation resources in Bangladesh.  Mediation, However, is established in many cities in India.  Also, there are many mediation practitioners that perform mediation over the internet via audio only or using Skype and other video platforms.
