Question What rules are used in arbitrations? In other words, are they the same rules as trial? What are the differences between arbitrations and trials
Answer Well. The respective countries framed seperate Arbitration Act based upon the UNCITRAL Model Law. Now there are about 137 countries following the UNCITRAL Model Law.
Arbitration practice is some what different from regular trials in Court as applicability of Evidence Act and Procedural Code have been totally eliminated.
Hence, Arbitration practice avoids unncessary delay and paves a way for speedy justice.
