Dear Sir/Madam,

I have question wanna ask about World Trade ogranization (WTO) handling dispute or How does WTO Dispute Settlement System work. WHat do you think about WTO dispute handling system ? what is the Strength and Weakness of WTO ? Can you advise me on this and is appriciate you can give me some refence material. Thank alot

Sorry, I haven't the first clue about WTO dispute resolution policies or practices.  I am trained in western US mediation techniques--which have limited utility in international and trans-cultural dispute resolution settings.  

In addition, WTO disputes are not usually between individuals but between countries and other organizations.  Organizational ADR is much different that working with individuals and has its own specialized practices.

Perhaps the WTO or UN websites can provide more information.
