Question We have hit really rough times, and owe a huge amount on a credit card. we have tried refinancing, etc, with no luck. They are taking us to arbitration, we are good people and until 2 years ago had pretty good credit. what should we expect
Answer Jolene,
An arbitration is like a mini trial. They will show your charges, the fact you signed the contract with them to receive the credit card and request the amount owed. You can dispute the charges or the fact you signed the application. It should not take more than 2 hours and the arbitrator will make a decision.
