Question My father recently passed. His wife is handling the will and I worry that she will not show it to me and my brother. We don't trust her to be honest. Do we have a legal right to view the will and if so how do we go about it?

I am sorry to hear of your father's passing.
Assuming you live in the United States, she will have to file it when she opens the probate and it will be a public document which you can view.
