Question
All of a sudden with negotiations going on, the local school board finds out it can look at the negotiations commitee's personnel files(teachers) and plans to do so today.  What could be the purpose????

I do not know why the school board wishes to view the personnel files but this would be governed by local and state laws regarding the confidential nature of the files.

I don't know what negotiations you are referring to so there is no way to put their request in context.
