Do you know any colleges in the Midwest with decent Archeology programs? I am currently at the University of Minnesota and they do not have a Archeology program. Can students get into Grad school Archeology programs with a major in History instead of Archeology? Thanks

Hi Matt,

In the Midwest the best school is U of Chicago.  Followed by the U of Illinois (Carbondale).

U of Arizona or ASU also have excellent programs.  And finally yes, you can get into a grad program from history. but it would be better from Anthro.
