Question
I just started getting into chemistry because of my passion in Archaeology I was wondering if chemistry in Archaeology is a major part and if yes is it hard to learn.

Answer
Dear Leigh
Chemistry is absolutely crucial for archaeology.  It underlies many of the geological and biological processes that influence preservation and destruction of archaeological evidence.
It is hard to learn, but it can help you if you think of the practical implications of what you are studying for archaeology.
